The apartment 5F project in the iconic Art Deco style Central Park West building by renown architects Schwartz and Gross, was a gut renovation of a  classic 6 apartment. The project featured a redesigned foyer to include and new hallway gallery through the formal dining room and living room to the two bedrooms. The three bathrooms were updated with new fixtures and tiles. The kitchen was updated to incorporate outdated butler pantry/kitchen layout to a larger open design with washer dryer, new professional series range and vented hood, and pass through window connecting to the formal dining room across statuary marble counters.
